Liajocom Consulting careers and jobs

Liajocom Consulting is a founder-led, vendor-neutral practice based in Luxembourg, combining AI & IT engineering with independent audit and assurance. We serve SMEs as well as regulated and data-sensitive organisations across Luxembourg and Europe.

** AI & IT services, engineered for assurance **

We design, implement and improve technology with security, governance and audit-readiness in mind:

- AI assistants and agents, knowledge-grounded solutions, Copilot Studio and controlled automation.

- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Automate, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.

- Oracle and SQL Server administration, Windows and Unix/Linux support, troubleshooting and scripting.

- Practical AI enablement and training for business and Internal Audit teams, including secure prompting, evidence validation and human oversight.

** AI & IT audits, grounded in engineering **

We provide independent, risk-based assessments supported by technical understanding and defensible evidence:

- AI governance, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, data privacy, security, robustness and third-party AI risk.

- IT governance, IT general controls, cybersecurity, identity and access, infrastructure, cloud, databases, change management and resilience.

- EU AI Act, DORA and NIS2 readiness, and SWIFT CSP assessments.

The practice draws on our founder's over 30 years of experience, including 20 years in IT engineering and more than 10 years in IT audit, supported by ISACA's CISA and AAIA (Advanced in AI Audit) certifications.

Our approach is confidential and evidence-driven. Engineering expertise brings practical depth to audits; audit expertise brings stronger controls, documentation and traceability to implementations. Implementation and independent assurance remain clearly separated.
