There is no need to manually declare your vacancies anymore. Thanks to a successful integration between our two platforms, having your job offers published on Moovijob.com can now be enough for them to be automatically found on the ADEM website.
This can be applied to all of a company’s vacancies, or managed on a vacancy-by-vacancy basis.
This new option therefore offers both efficiency and flexibility, and marks a new milestone in the long-standing partnership between the two organisations.
A legal requirement
As a reminder, declaring vacancies to ADEM, except in certain specific cases, is a legal obligation for every employer in Luxembourg, regardless of the size of the company. This applies to permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, full-time roles, and part-time roles, and must in principle be done at least three working days before any external publication.
This requirement is intended to support the reintegration of local job seekers into employment. It also plays an important role in monitoring the labour market, both in terms of statistics and in helping to better understand recruitment needs and the skills in demand.
