After an undeniable success in 2024 (with over 100 companies and nearly 15,000 visitors welcomed over an entire week at the ECCL), the Moovijob Week Luxembourg returns for its second edition, from 17 to 21 November 2025.
This year, the event is evolving with a major new feature! Registration is now mandatory, and a pre-selection process will be introduced to ensure the best possible match between companies’ needs and candidates’ profiles.
5 days, 5 sectors: a unique format in Luxembourg
Over five consecutive days, the Moovijob Week will host thematic events dedicated to different industries:
- Monday 17 November – Health / Medical Care / Social Services
- Tuesday 18 November – Sales / Hotels - Restaurants / Services
- Wednesday 19 November – Industry / Construction / Transport
- Thursday 20 November – IT
- Friday 21 November – Banking / Insurance / Financial Services
Each day will bring together dozens of companies, offering the opportunity for meaningful and targeted exchanges.
Tailor-made meetings for visitors
Thanks to the pre-selection carried out by Moovijob.com, each participant will be guided towards the day or days that best match their profile and skills.
This new approach aims to promote high-quality meetings and maximise the chances of finding a job, internship, or work-study placement, or simply to expand one’s professional network.
Qualified and motivated profiles for recruiters
The pre-selection process is also a major advantage for recruiters. It will allow them to meet candidates who better match their needs, in an environment that encourages constructive dialogue and employer branding.
In addition, this year, companies will have the opportunity to host a conference on a topic of their choice. This will enable them to share their expertise, showcase their corporate culture, and engage directly with candidates interested in their sector. An extra chance to stand out and attract top talent.
Practical information
The Moovijob Week Luxembourg will take place from Monday, 17 to Friday, 21 November at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL). Each day, the fair will be open to visitors from 10:30am to 5:00pm.
As a pre-selection process will be implemented for this second edition, registration is mandatory via the event’s website: MoovijobWeek.com.
