Once again this year Great Place To Work® is rewarding the best organizations to work for in nearly 100 countries around the world, including Luxembourg.
During the 14th edition held on Thursday, April 18 at Malt Innovative Luxembourg, the Great Place To Work® Luxembourg team announced the 24 companies awarded with the Best Workplaces™ Luxembourg 2024 certification.
These organizations were selected by their own employees using a globally recognized methodology.
The Great Place To Work® assessment is based on two complementary tools that provide employee perceptions through the anonymous and confidential Satisfaction Trust Index™ questionnaire, and an inventory of practices that demonstrate that the company has an outstanding corporate culture through the Culture Audit™.
As every year, more and more companies want to take part in the Great Place To Work ® survey.
In particular, it provides an overview of how employees feel at a given moment, and the results of a relevant social barometer, provided by an external organization guaranteeing total confidentiality.
A great workplace is one in which employees trust the people they work for, take pride in the work they do and appreciate the people they work with.
This experience must be the same for everyone, whoever they are, whatever their job or location is.
Great Place To Work® assists companies wishing to carry out this survey, whether to assess the internal climate, enhance market attractiveness, or to boost their employer brand, throughout the entire process.
Every year, certain companies don’t meet the requirements for the Great Place To Work® certification, while others achieve it and are therefore certified for a full year.
The top performers among these certified companies are recognized as "Best Workplaces™".
The 24 companies honored with this year's label are divided into three groups based on their workforce size.
They are thus among the leading players in Luxembourg, recognized by their own employees for their commitment to creating, implementing and maintaining a professional environment where the quality of work life is a priority.
