Real Estate Credit Transactions Manager (m/f/d)
In your role as a Real Estate Credit Transaction Manager, you will be the hub for credit applications received from our agents. You will work with our intermediaries, appraisers and credit committee to coordinate the file from initial application to contract signing. As part of the portfolio monitoring, you will then follow up on the files.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating between our sales staff, real estate experts and credit committee
- Advising external agents on the preparation of credit applications
- Providing opinions on loan applications
- Ensuring the administrative follow-up of credit applications
- Drafting loan agreements
- Managing existing clients
- Providing other administrative support to the department
- Complying with internal procedures and regulations
Desired Profile
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of office communication tools (Word, Excel) and Outlook
- Excellent command of French and German. English and Luxembourgish are desirable.
