To sustain the growth of our internal engineering office we are currently looking for an
Electromechanical Engineer
Your mission:
- Design, draw, and validate all pneumatic and electrical diagrams for machines and devices
- Design industrial drawings in CAD (Catia V5)
- Write machine documentation (Risk analysis, technical manuals, maintenance, etc.)
- Participate in the development of new production equipment projects (assembly machines, test machines considering flow sensors, pressure sensors, leak detection devices, helium spectrometers, etc.)
- Design machines and devices for production: size and draw assembly and detailed plans for mechanical parts based on received directives and specifications
- Create PLC programs; Robot, HMI, safety relays with fieldbus communication
- Perform interventions on production machines (Continuous improvement, problem resolution, etc.)
- Participate in industrialization meetings with internal clients (Process, R&D, etc.) and attend presentations of new projects when applicable
- Monitor the progress of various projects in the workshop
- Participate in CE certification
Our expectations:
- Must have:
- You hold an engineering degree or a master’s degree in electromechanics,
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong skills in industrial drawing techniques (CAD, Catia V5).
- You have theoretical and practical knowledge in pneumatics and electronics (Design, draft, and validate all pneumatic and electrical diagrams of machines and devices).
- You have knowledge in PLC programming and JavaScript (Mitsubishi / Siemens S7 languages are a strong advantage).
- You are familiar with machine safety standards (CE marking).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access).
- Some travel may be required.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
