We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team of 3 in the strategic planning department. You will be responsible for gathering the relevant data to produce forecasts and plans for the receipt and dispatch of goods.
Your responsabilities:
- Contribute to the local supply chain, particularly in the proper use of the existing APS;
- Manage data and inventory;
- Monitor the flows between the various stakeholders in the upstream and downstream supply chain;
- Act as a point of contact for supply chain issues across all departments;
- Participate in the preparation of stock, forecast and capacity meetings;
- Suggest improvements to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs;
- Prepare reports.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages such German or French are more than welcomed;
- Confirmed experience with SAP;
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
- Flexible, dynamic, and responsible.
