Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Adviser for our Consulting practice in Asset Management (Alternative Investments)
We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our established and growing Management & Regulatory Consulting practice as an Senior Adviser. In this role, you will work on large-scale transformation projects within the Asset Management industry, with a specialized focus on Alternative Investments and Tech enabled projects. Our clients include leading banks, asset service providers, and asset managers across Luxembourg and Europe.
What you will be working on
1. Client Advisory and Project Oversight
Lead Transformation Projects
Spearhead large-scale projects in Asset Management, emphasizing Alternative Investments and technology-driven solutions.
Cultivate Client Relationships
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our consulting services with client objectives and ensuring timely delivery on project milestones.
2. Team Leadership and Knowledge Sharing
Collaborate Across Disciplines
Partner with KPMG experts across various sectors to develop multi-faceted solutions that meet comprehensive client needs.
Mentor Future Leaders
Guide and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth by sharing industry insights and best practices.
3. Market and Business Development
Stay Ahead on Industry Trends
Conduct ongoing research into evolving trends in Alternative Investments and regulatory frameworks to keep our clients informed and competitive.
Drive New Business Opportunities
Engage in proposal preparation and networking efforts to expand our client base and enhance our consulting reach.
What we look for
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, with a focus on asset management and alternative investments.
- Proven expertise in asset management, with a deep understanding of alternative investment operations, business processes, IT systems, and regulatory requirements.
- A track record of delivering business transformation projects, ideally within a consulting firm or a major financial institution.
- Be ambitious, have strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
