Job Description
We are seeking a Manager in Real Estate (Corporate Finance)
As a Manager within our dynamic Deal Advisory team, you'll focus on Real Estate corporate finance, playing a key role in a diverse range of projects. From valuations and transactions to feasibility studies and business development, you'll leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality results that impact our clients' success.
What you will be working on
- Lead the Way: Supervise and manage diverse valuation projects across all real estate asset classes throughout Europe.
- Deliver Clarity: Craft compelling and insightful client reports and deliverables that showcase our expertise.
- Partner with Audit: Collaborate with our Audit function to determine the fair value of international real estate assets.
- Drive Transactions: Play an active role in share and asset deals, contributing your analytical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
- Shape the Future: Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation, expanding our reach and impact.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and successful environment.
- Embrace Collaboration: Work in interdisciplinary and international teams on impactful real estate advisory projects, including feasibility studies and real estate strategies.
What we look for
- Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property valuation and investment, showcasing your deep understanding of the field.
- Valuation Mastery: Advanced real estate valuation skills coupled with exceptional report writing abilities, enabling you to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a specialization in Real Estate, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
- Business Acumen: A keen business sense and the ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities, contributing to our team's growth.
- Financial Modeling Prowess: A thorough understanding of the Real Estate Life Cycle and proficiency in financial analysis and discounted cash flow modeling (including all valuation approaches).
- Perspective: International real estate experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 firm, bringing a global perspective to our projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with Argus software experience being a plus.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent presentation, management, and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Professional Recognition: MRICS qualification is highly valued.
- Multilingual Fluency: Fluency in English and either German or French, enabling seamless communication with our international clients and team.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, excellent analytical skills, self-motivated and will demonstrate an ability to respond effectively to a changing workload and priorities.
