We are looking for an expert in project & content planning to lead marketing campaigns for the Brand & Content team in Luxembourg.

 

Your next challenge

Manage campaign planning from concept to channel activation, ensuring a holistic and achievable approach to audience experiences and branded touchpoints
  • Lead and contribute to all stages of campaign development: from strategy to storytelling, audience segmentation, content production, and personalization
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and events teams to develop channel-specific and on-brand strategic solutions to meet objectives from various stakeholders
  • Help build a balanced editorial calendar that prioritizes initiatives and identifies opportunities across multiple projects on competing timelines
  • Help stakeholders understand complex ideas and marketing strategies
  • Identify key goals for key campaigns to facilitate analytics on campaign performance
  • Stay current with best practices, latest trends, techniques, and formats

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in campaign management, communications, content marketing, digital marketing, project management, or related field
  • Advanced or very strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English -- knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Ability to recognize and develop creative campaign concepts that resonate with audiences
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channel activation, including web, email, social, search, paid, display, and OOH.
  • Strong or moderate knowledge of campaign planning or marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Pardot, Asana, Notion, Wrike, etc.
  • Proactive, passionate and spirited team player who can balance collaboration with autonomy
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrix environment
