Task Responsibilities:
- Support Cargolux Sales organization to identify commercial opportunities and risks emerging from the digital sales channels
- Own and strengthen key relationships with key digital channel users and system providers
- Manage all aspects of digital sales channel traffic monitoring, forecasting and reporting processes
- Understands core Digital sales operations concepts (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight
- Develop understanding of customer behavior across channels and necessary developments
- Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities to enhance digital distribution strategy
- Develop communication plans by working with marketing department and revenue management
- Contribute to other initiatives on ad-hoc basis
- Support Digital Sales team to incrementally improve its product
- Gather and formalize results from various analyses to propose product improvements (user experience, new features, issues etc.)
- Feed product backlog with concise and clear user-stories
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to identify new opportunities to stay ahead
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field
- At least three years of relevant relevant experience
- Rigorous and structured mind with strong business accumen
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data to effectively guide decision-making
- Strong written and oral communication skills, to be used with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to assess and prioritize tasks autonomously
- Curious and interested with Digital Technologies and Analytics Systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Working Conditions:
- Full-time permanent position
- Position based in Luxembourg
- Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
