Account Manager  

 

BKS is a leading manufacturer of high-quality blades used in the plastic industry. With production sites in Luxembourg, Thailand, and Indonesia, we are expanding our presence in Europe and seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to grow our customer base in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand BKS’s customer base in Europe. The focus area is Germany. Next comes The Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (internal sales, production) to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in the region.
  • Report on sales performance and market insights.

 

 

Your talents:

  • Combine a technical/ sales educational background with a proven track record of 2-5 years in an industrial company.
  • Strong negotiator with excellent technical understanding on our products.
  • Fluent in English and German. Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel 50% of its time.
