Administrative Agent (m/f)

 

 

Responsibilities

In your role, you will be in charge of providing administrative and corporate support for clients within our Accounting, Corporate and Fund Services Activity. This will include:

• Handle clients’ correspondence;

 

• Manage payments process on behalf of clients;

 

• Daily organization of legal and administrative files;

• Facilitating logistical arrangements for client events (scheduling board, coordinating meetings, etc);

• Collect data and compile KPIs for Management of client files;

• Liaise with internal collaborators and external contacts.

 

Must-have requirements

If…

• You have a bachelor or equivalent experience;

• You have a minimum of 1 years of experience as administrative agent or similar position

• You have excellent redactional and presentation skills;

• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

• You have a professional approach in accordance with policies and procedures as well as the ability to work in a team;

• You are fluent in English and French, any other language will be a real asset;

• You are known for your high level of organization, rigor and proactivity;

• You are able to work on several subjects at the same time, prioritize topics and respect deadlines;

• You have perfect interpersonal and customer-service skills;
