Your Responsibilities | Legal – Law – Attorney – Associate – Finance – Investment Funds

• You will be responsible for advising clients on their investment strategies, covering Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), including the fund set-up and structuring.
• You will negotiate, draft, and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• You will liaise with third parties, including notaries, service providers, and auditors.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client loyalty will be an essential part of your role.
• As a Senior Lawyer, you will also be expected to mentor and support junior team members in their daily tasks.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – Attorney – Associate – Finance – Investment Funds

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a senior lawyer in Luxembourg, allowing you to easily adapt to your new environment.
• To communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties, you are fluent in both English and French.
• This role involves responsibilities and important deadlines, so being organized and proactive is essential for success.
• A stable career path is a strong asset, as it reflects your reliability and long-term commitment.
• You are registered as a lawyer on List I or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
