About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is often looking for motivated Junior IT Project Managers to support the IT Project Manager of a specific platform (e.g. eCommerce, APAC-MEA, HR etc).
Main Responsibilities:
IT Budget Control and Demand Collection
In this role, you will monitor the progress (checking time and costs) of the project in scope and be accountable for project budget and timing.
Moreover, you will support IT Platform Leaders in the prioritization of the demand requests coming from the business.
Project Lifecycle Management
Your activities will include supporting the project managers in the Project KPIS management: time, budget, quality. You will also monitor the monthly project expenditure vs Baseline, Forecast and project budget.
Lastly you will support in resources capacity planning as well as with the issue/risk log.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a master’s degree in Informational Technology, computer science, engineering or equivalent.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your understanding of formal project management methodology and process and of market trends.
Your great organization skills, accountability, collaborative attitude, and creativity will prove very valuable.
On top of this, your strong knowledge of MS Office and your fluency in English will be key.
