The opportunity

Your role is to work closely with the Head of Account Management and the team, in the management and development of the most important financial services client relationships of EY Luxembourg.


Responsibilities

The main objective of the Client Executive is to execute an effective account management framework, ensuring an exceptional and valuable relationship experience to our clients to ultimately achieve the key account goals of increasing revenue and margin.


Activities will be varied and examples include:

  • supporting client executives with the preparation and the organization of client meetings and events
  • supporting the management of sales opportunities from lead generation to win
  • organizing, preparing and supporting the execution of account meetings
  • preparing presentations, analysis and reporting of account-related data
  • supporting the daily management and development of the account management function


Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant fields and are looking for a great opportunity to further your career in a commercial, client-centric role.
  • You have an excellent command of spoken and written English and other languages, particularly French, will be considered as a strong asset. You also possess excellent MS office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You have proven organizational and time management skills, being able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
