COMPANY HISTORY

The former RBS (Luxembourg) S.A. developed its expertise and processes through 80 years of experience in the provision of fund governance services originating in RBS Trustee & Depositary Services as far back as 1935.

The company changed its name to FundRock Management Company S.A. on 1st January 2016 following an acquisition by BlackFin Capital Partners, a European private equity firm focused on investing in financial services companies across Continental Europe.
