The Unicareers fair's 10th anniversary was celebrated on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Luxexpo The Box. Unicareers, the largest recruitment event for students and young professionals in Luxembourg, is the result of a long-standing collaboration between the University of Luxembourg and the leading job board in the Grand Duchy, Moovijob.com. Although the numbers from the previous fair edition were astonishing, this year once again broke all records! 6,022 visitors came to meet the 141 participating companies, grouped into 10 thematic areas: Advice / Training/ Public Service, Banking / Insurance, Engineering / Construction / Transport, Financial Services / Audit / Accounting, Health / Medical Care / Social Services, IT / Consulting, Legal, R&D, Sales / Retail / Business Services, and Space.

Visitors had access to various tools to simplify their journey through the different stands and make their experience more intuitive:
- The official guide of th fair distributed at the entrance,
- A giant map that displays the companies grouped in distinct thematic areas,
- A wall of QR codes providing access to all job offers available during the day,
- Free cloakroom,
- A lounge area for refreshments,

During this day, six conferences on various topics were held:
- "Comment se vendre en entretien d'embauche ?" presented by Alexis Brioix, Talent Manager at Proximus Luxembourg.
- "The EASyMelt – circular carbon and direct electrification of iron making through hydrogen and plasma" presented by Ji Jihong, Process Engineer, and Daniel Dechambre, Junior Human Resources Manager at Paul Wurth.
- "Mastering flexibility at work" presented by Séverine Moca, HR Managing Director at PwC Luxembourg.
- "The complexity of innovation: How different job profiles collaborate to create a new product offering" presented by Franz Dr. Schlöder, Head of Underwriting, Julia Hermann, Head of Product Management IP Solutions, Thanh-Phuong Dr. Nguyen, Lead Data Scientist, and Alexander Dr. Kumpf, Product Manager at Dennemeyer.
- "La pénurie de talents" presented by Mélissa Perier, HR Business Partner, and Guillaume Herveux, Key Account Manager at BDA Global Services.
- "Vivre, travailler ou étudier au Québec" presented by Nathalie Narboni-Isal, Attachée Prospection, Promotion, Recrutement en mobilité internationale, and Juan Sun, Conseillère à la prospection et à l'attraction for the Quebec Immigration Services.

And with any anniversary comes surprises and new features...
Unicareers introduced a massage and relaxation zone exclusively for exhibitors for the first time.
Devoteam, participating in the fair for the first time, brought along its giant robot, which wowed both visitors and exhibitors!
To wrap up this festive day, the event organisers surprised everyone with a parade of Crémant and cakes.
