Unicareers, the flagship event for students and young graduates looking of jobs, internships or any other professional collaborations, celebrates its 10th edition on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Luxexpo The Box. This event, co-organized by the University of Luxembourg and Luxembourg's leading job board, Moovijob.com, is an important gathering for thousands of young professionals and 150 Luxembourgish companies.
A successful decade
In 2012, Romain Raux, Head of the Career Center at the University of Luxembourg, and Eric Tschirhart, then Vice-Rector, approached the Moovijob.com team to revitalize their university's recruitment fair, previously organized by another partner. Two years later, in 2014, the very first edition of Unicareers came to life with 80 companies and 2000 visitors participating – an exceptional start for a recruitment fair. Over the years, the fair has evolved remarkably, and by 2022 it had grown to nearly 170 exhibitors and 5000 visitors.
Unicareers is now the primary hub in Luxembourg for professional networking among students and young graduates with less than 5 years of experience. Following the impactful ninth edition, this year promises to be yet another unforgettable milestone.

What to expect
The Unicareers fair is open to all students and young graduates with less than 5 years of experience. It's a one-day opportunity for companies to connect with a diverse range of qualified young professionals from the Greater Region and beyond. Attendees have the chance to meet face-to-face with companies hiring now, which will be divided into thematic sectors:

- Sales / Retail / Services for business
- Service / Training / Public services
- Legal
- IT / Consulting
- Engineering / Construction / Transport
- Research & Development
- Health / Medical care / Social services
- Financial services / Audit / Accounting
Nearly 150 Luxembourg companies are expected to attend: Stay updated on the list of participating companies, as it's regularly updated!
Throughout this exceptional day, attendees will also have the opportunity to attend a variety of free conferences hosted by professionals from participating companies.
Practical info and registration
Luxexpo The Box is easily accessible by public transportation, which are free in Luxembourg. Buses, tramline, and trains are available – consult the Practical Information section on the event website to plan your journey.
Buses will also be arranged from various cities in Belgium, France and Germany. The list of cities offering bus services will be provided upon your event registration acceptance.
Participation in the fair is subject to a selection, making registration mandatory on the event page: REGISTER HERE.
Make sure to register before the closing date on Thursday, September 28 at 6 pm. Once you have registered, you will receive an invitation to the fair on September 29.
