Recruitment and retention: a major challenge for companies
Attracting new talent and retaining employees are now key priorities for businesses. In this context, CARE is proud to once again organise dayCARE, an innovative initiative with a strong social impact. This project offers students aged 16 to 18 the opportunity to experience their first introduction to the workplace through a one-day work-shadowing placement within Luxembourg’s business community.
The commitment shown by participating students is recognised through a donation supporting a project led by CARE Luxembourg: the training of healthcare professionals in Niger and Laos. This unique initiative combines human resources objectives with social responsibility and CSR commitments.
The 2025 edition was a great success, bringing together more than 100 companies, 15 schools and nearly 450 students.
On 28 October, dayCARE will once again allow hundreds of secondary school students across Luxembourg to discover the professional world through a practical one-day experience.
