Created in early 2024 by Moovijob.com, the "Attractiveness Index" enables companies to measure their employer brand and, at the same time, their appeal to an increasingly demanding audience. Conducted during Luxembourg’s two major events, a new study was carried out at the 13th edition of the Unicareers fair, held on 25 September at Luxexpo The Box. So, which companies caught the interest of the 6,000 young talents who attended the event?
As a reminder, in 2025, Luxembourg Space Agency, POST Luxembourg and Banque centrale du Luxembourg came out on top. In 2024, the podium was made up of European Space Agency, Luxembourg Space Agency and InTech.
The Attractiveness Index therefore helps companies analyse their visibility and appeal at such an event based on 3 decisive criteria:
- The aesthetics of the stand (The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the decoration, the colours, the activities… Does this stand make me want to meet this company?)
- The clarity of the message (Is the company’s message clear? Do I easily understand what the company does, its sector of activity, its professions, its projects, its corporate culture? ...)
- The people at the stand (Are they welcoming? Do they make me want to talk to them?)
The average of these 3 criteria gives the famous Attractiveness Index. So, which companies managed to appeal to the large audience attending this 13th edition of the Unicareers fair?
BNP Paribas, Armée luxembourgeoise and KPMG Luxembourg on the podium
With an Attractiveness Index of 4.76 out of 5, BNP Paribas came top of the rankings for the 2026 edition of Unicareers, a great comeback after finishing 11th last year! Congratulations!
In 2nd place, we find Armée luxembourgeoise (Attractiveness Index = 4.72), which managed to attract visitors with its beautifully decorated stand and uniforms. Well done!
A first for KPMG Luxembourg (Attractiveness Index = 4.67), which reached the podium for the first time. A smiling team, an open and spacious stand and interactive dispensers helped the company generate strong interest!
