About the FSTM
The University of Luxembourg is an international research university with a distinctly multilingual and interdisciplinary character.
The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at the University of Luxembourg contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences and Medicine.
Through its dual mission of teaching and research, the FSTM seeks to generate and disseminate knowledge and train new generations of responsible citizens in order to better understand, explain and advance society and environment we live in.
The Medical Education of the faculty is in a constant development. The Bachelor in Medicine is currently in a critical phase of development and evolution. In this frame, the Medical Education team aims at hiring a highly skilled candidate for this position.
Your role
- Support the additional development of the Bachelor in Medicine and possible upcoming programs
- Contribute to and follow-up of implementation activities and communication with the stakeholders from the health and academic sector (national and international)
- Take care of the curriculum alignment by organizing meetings, task-forces, seminars, writing minutes and reports, preparing working documents and finalizing applications
- Liaising with stakeholders, drafting curricula, setting-up budgets, preparing evaluation and accreditation applications in collaboration with national and international partners. Serving as contact person of the respective program
- Networking with teachers, clinicians, researchers and other stakeholders in the academic and medical field
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in natural or health sciences, project management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the scientific domain and/or experienced in the health sector and/or education of healthcare professionals and/or with relevant experience in simulation training will also be considered
- Excellent practice of software and PCs management
- Team player with strong relationship management
- Excellent communication and educational skills
- Excellent practice in French and in English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
