Sogeti Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager.
The scope of the mission: transformation projects for our client's activities.
Your challenge
- To understand, analyze and explain to the business the objectives of our client's projects;
To listen, understand and challenge requests from various business contacts; - To qualify and cost projects based on customer needs;
- To define the needs in terms of human resources and technical skills;
- To facilitate workshops to write functional specifications;
- To be responsible for the delivery, planning follow-up, load plan and budget management;
- To ensure continuity of service;
- To respect the constraints of the client and the regulations;
- To coordinate, lead and lead development teams;
- To establish a relationship of trust between the various business players and the development teams.
- You have a Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree;
- You have a team spirit;
- You are rigorous, you have a sense of detail and confidentiality;
- You have a strong knowledge of the processes of a life insurance company or a bank;
- You have a good command of project management method and its tools (PMI, Scrum, Prince 2, MSProject, Hermès or others);
- You have a good capacity for needs analysis and process modeling;
- You have good oral communication: interaction with various profiles, good clarity of expression;
- You are able to challenge your interlocutors with diplomacy;
You have good written communication; - You speak French and you have a good level of English;
- You have a customer-oriented approach.
