For our department Digital Transformation within LuxairGroup, we are looking for a (an):
CRM Business Analyst (m/f)
Main duties:
- Gain an understanding of business and stakeholders processes by analyzing and mapping them from "As is" to "To be" in order to suggest recommendations and implement the related changes
- Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures, and oversee the implementation of related changes
- Manage business process layer, application layer and interface between systems
- Ensure requirements gathering, collect functional requirements and non-functional requirements in cooperation with IT Department
- Collect, create and get the validation for use cases based on requirements and business processes
- Discuss and challenge solution design options with internal and external stakeholders
- Create specification documents for internal or external developer if required and ensure approval by relevant stakeholders before development /configuration start (Key Users, Solution Architect, Vendors..)
- Manage the proper execution of functional test once the solution is available and ensure Solution is ready for UAT
- Provide training support by creating an appropriate training material on new process & applications and coach trainers for final users training sessions
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the company standards
- Support key users during the execution of the UAT and escalate major issues to Project Manager if needed
- Support deployment activities for final solution to get ready for Go Live and ensure close communication/cooperation with Project Team in the next steps
- Be actively involved in Change Request Management and act as first contact for change request by key users and provide continuous support in analysis of impact and value
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Master degree in Business Administration, IT or similar line of studies
- Previous experience in functional analysis, business process modelling
- Be a proactive and reliable team player, able to work independently as well as in collaboration with other colleagues
- Ability to clearly document business, functional specifications and to explain the added
value in business terms - Excellent organizational skills
- Strong facilitation & Soft skills
- Knowledge of business Analysis Methodologies and Techniques (BABOK, Design Thinking…)
- Ability to draft clear and concise reports in English and to produce accurate and reliable documents
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French and/or German (spoken and written)
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
- Demonstrate good leadership and relationship management skills
- Show assertiveness and stress resistancy
The ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
- Prior travel industry experience would be beneficial
