Function :
As a member of our HR team, this role enables you to actively support the people agenda in our Central North West region :
· Act as key contact for employees for HR related questions
· Support people managers in their people responsibilities: provide operational support and business insights on recruitment, performance management, talent management and development;
· Actively support the creation of a high performance culture based upon Astron values;
· Actively contribute to maximizing people’s engagement through different HR initiatives
· Provide key insight regarding employment law, policies and practices
· Integral part of the role is to take care of the related administrative tasks
· Draft employment related documents (e.g. employment contracts …)
· Be the point of contact with local administrations and providers (e.g. social security …)
· Maintain people data in HR systems (holiday balances, absences
Profile :
· You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics
· You have a min 3 years of relevant work experience
· You are curious and not afraid to try ; great learning skills
· You have the ability to influence others to work towards common business goal
· You have great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality
· You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; French is considered an advantage
· You have the ability to solve problems / challenges in a friendly and open minded manner
