We are currently looking for a Software Renewal Executive (M/F/X) for one of our customers located in Redange-Sur-Attert, specializing in high technology.
Your role :
The Software Renewal Manager is a key client-facing role within our organisation that has a high rate of renewal success. You will be responsible and accountable for all software renewals. You will singularly focus on closing renewals with customers and resellers worldwide, seamlessly executing renewals on or ahead of time. This role is essential for the success of our customer experience. You will be in contact permanently with clients, partners and colleagues worldwide.
Main duties and responsabilities :
- Manage software maintenance and subscription contracts renewal worldwide:
- Own and drive successfully the renewal process for Direct (customers) and Indirect channels (via key resellers) from forecast to deal closure.
- Follow up with customers and partners to ensure acceptance and closure before renewal date.
- Coordinate renewals with the customer’s designated sales engineers when needed and unveil upsell of software licenses.
- Work on the design and future implementation of automating parts of the renewal process for higher efficiency.
- Successfully negotiate objections related to renewals.
- Ensure that renewal opportunities are timely updated in the CRM to reflect the latest status and to facilitate accurate forecasting, order management and reporting.
- Maintain accurate licenses and associated digital contracts in the dedicated system.
- Meet or exceed customer renewal revenue/rates.
- Manage report on progress/forecast within the CRM.
- Participate to the company’s customer experience management and marketing activities.
- Provide an efficient and friendly customer service/care through the prompt and professional handling of enquiries
- Communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Establish solid working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
- Document/Update/improve the renewal process efficiently for direct and indirect channels.

Profil
- Prior experience in managing software renewals or Customer Service role is essential
- Use of a CRM software essential (e.g. Salesforce).
- Fluency in English is required. Any additional languages are a plus.
- Customer Service and Sales Oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excell, SharePoint).
- Experience with automating renewal processes a plus.
- A meticulous approach and a high level of accuracy, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Ability to work using own initiative and manage priority of workload. Strong planning and organisation skills.
