Senior AML Assurance Officer (F/M)
Your field of responsibility
Join us as senior AML Assurance officer within our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Department. Your main role will be to perform independent AML monitoring and surveillance controls, investigations and file SARs. You will analyze in depth client profiles and transactions to assess the AML risk, liaise with Relationship Managers, ensure compliance with local AML regulatory requirements as well as with Credit Suisse Group policies. You will also handle requests from the authorities and be involved in implementing and updating policies and procedures, liaise with subject matter experts within the Credit Suisse Group. These controls are complex in nature and often time sensitive.
The role is based in Luxembourg, but the remit of the role also cover the Bank’s branches in France, Portugal, the Netherlands and Ireland.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to demonstrate the following:
- A university degree or an equivalent education in Business Administration, Finance or Law
- At Least 5 years of working experience gathered in AML assurance field within Private Bank environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess potential AML risk and good time management skills and precision in conducting the reviews and controls.
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg AML framework
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
- Can multi-task and work under pressure
- Are proactive and a self-starter, with a positive can-do approach
- Good presentation and communication skills in English
