TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for creating a strong workplace culture through promotion and managing a network of culture ambassadors.


Responsibilities


  • Promote and give visibility to the activity of Culture Development within the Plansee Group
  • Develop and implement a structured process to support culture-related strategies and initiatives with consistent communication
  • Create and deliver innovative and compelling awareness-raising materials via multiple channels
  • Provide guidance and ad hoc support to local teams looking to implement specific awareness-raising programs
  • Participate in the design and implementation of an organization-wide culture ambassadors network
  • Participate in the development of a structured process and of relevant information materials and tools to ensure optimal culture know-how transfer to ambassadors
  • Manage the ambassadors network by making them visible in the organization, engaging with them on a regular basis and setting up bottom-up feedback streams to inform decision-making on further culture initiatives
  • Participate in the coordination and monitoring of general culture development actions such as team workshops, seminars or culture measurements
  • Participate in the development of new programs and activities in close collaboration with the Culture Development Team.


PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS


  • Min. 6 years work experience in a communications or people-related function
  • Background in Communications, Change Management, Human Resources or related field is an asset
  • Strong innovation and creativity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Large-scale project management skills
  • Strong ability to connect and collaborate across many and varied groups within the organization
  • Ability to work confidently with senior management
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to handle change
  • Demonstrated sense of empathy and integrity
  • Moderate - high level business acumen
  • Strong German and English skills (verbal and written communication), French would be a distinct advantage
  • Work experience in a corporate culture related environment is an asset
