Job description Your next challenge:
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks for management committees and shareholders’ meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and minutes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist Head of Corporate Governance and draft meeting materials.
  • Monitor mandates and prepare suitability assessments for management members.
  • Participate in regulatory watch and report changes impacting Corporate Governance
Profile You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
  • Knowledgeable in EU/Luxembourg company law and financial regulations.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking/fiduciary/law firms.
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented.
