- College degree or relevant professional qualification

- Process knowledge through cross-cutting understanding of end-to-end value chain (i.e. ops procedures of service providers), fundamental comprehension of GHA’s procedures (i.e. physical handling processes, messaging), in depth know how of cargo airline’s standards and procedures (i.e. reservation, trucking and network management) and experienced with operational IT systems relevant for steering
- Analytical, evaluation and steering competence
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a distinct advantage
