Responsible of 2nd and 3rd level support for various IT services and follow the guidelines defined by the technology and Cybersecurity department.
This will include the day to day operations but also the patching and the vulnerability management.
Deploy and configure LCH applications and systems. Including but not limited to:
- Test, support and release documentation
- Application updates and suppervision
- Deployment of the applications
-Proper communication
Involved into LCH projects for the preparation of environments from project phase to go live / post go live support.
Investigation in LCH service requests needing more expertise.
Monitor and maintain environment (centralized management between LCH and CV).
Day to day operations in Microsoft365 admin environment (centralized management between LCH and CV)
Ensure 24/7 support of business-critical system by integrating the on call escalation team (on a rotation scheme). This will include not only the LCH operations oncall but also CV oncall.
