Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and credit notes from suppliers and service providers, while ensuring proper cost accounting;
- Accounting for bank statements as well as expense reports and credit card statements;
- Analyse and follow up on accounting balances and reconcile suspense accounts;
- Update and contribute to maintaining the quality of supplier & customer Master Data;
- Ensure that payment deadlines are met;
- Participate in the monthly closing of accounts;
- Participate in the optimisation of the company's accounting procedures through digitalisation;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and provide ad hoc assistance to the Financial Controller;
- Support the credit control officer with monitoring the clients’ payments & reminders;
- Participate to any other administrative tasks within the team or with other departments such as Marketing or HR.
Skills / Experience
- You have a degree in accounting or management (BTS or DUT).
- You have experience in general accounting and invoice encoding for both suppliers and clients (no fund accounting experience).
- You are rigorous, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience, making you a junior profile.
- You are known for your discretion and integrity.
- You are a team player with strong adaptability in a multicultural environment.
- You have experience working with BOB 50 or other accounting software.
- You are familiar with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel).
- You have a minimum English level of B2-C1 and speak French fluently. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset.
In case of positive selection, a certificate of good standing or an extract of the criminal record can be required.
